Hey folks,

We’re at the tail end of our busiest season of the year, we’ve been deep in the trenches with you. Over the past two months, we’ve seen traffic volume up 40% over our norm, and our entire team has been in all-hands-on-deck mode, ensuring PheedLoop continues to power through every check-in, badge print, exhibitor lead capture, and last minute speaker update.

Over the past 8 weeks, PheedLoop has powered 1,135 events, welcoming over 245,000 attendees to live, virtual, and hybrid experiences.

During that time, we’ve processed more than 81,000 check-ins, printed thousands of badges, and helped exhibitors capture over 66,000 leads.

Despite the surge in traffic, everything is holding up strong. If you’ve felt like your events are running better than ever, that’s no coincidence. We’ve put a lot of work into our backend stability over the last few months and it’s paying off.

While much of the team’s efforts have cont towards real-time support and stability, we’ve still managed to ship a number of useful updates:

What’s New

New Looks for your event dashboard!

You may have noticed your dashboard looks or feels a little different. We recently rolled out one of the more significant UI changes we’ve made in a while. The Event list got a major upgrade.

Everything in One Place

We’ve merged the “In Progress” “Upcoming” and “Past” events tables that have been present for the last several years into one unified event list. No more scrolling up and down in the page to find what you’re look.

Instant Filters & Customizable Layout

Filter events by status, search by event names, and hide any columns you don’t need. Keep your dashboard focused on what matters most to you.

Tighter Layouts, More Data on Screen

A more subtle change that you may have noticed and thought “hmm, something feels different”. We’ve made a platform wide adjustment, reducing margins and whitespace throughout the dashboard. These small tweaks mean on average you’ll see 3-5 more rows of data in every view. Whether you’re looking at attendees, sessions, exhibitors or anything else. It’s a small change with a big payoff, especially for organizers dealing with long lists of data during busy events. Less scrolling more visibility.

Smarter, Simpler File Uploads

To round out this batch of UI improvements, we’ve given the dashboard file uploader a few key upgrades.

You can now drag and drop files directly into upload forms for attendees, sessions, exhibitors, and sponsors. We’ll also auto-fill the file name so you don’t have to re-type it manually.

It’s a small tweak, but a huge time saver, especially when uploading multiple speaker slides, session files, or attendee data exports. One less step between you and getting things done.

Looking Ahead

One of the best things about building PheedLoop is how much we value learning from our customers, especially during our busiest times of year. This season has pushed us in all the right ways. It has challenged how we think about scale, performance, support and design.

We’re coming out of this season with sharper instincts and strong conviction. You’ve shown us what works, what slows you down, and how we can do better. We’re looking forward to taking all that learning and putting it into action.

We’re excited about what’s coming next, because as always it’s being shaped directly by how you use the platform. Expect to see updates that aren’t just about adding more, but about making what’s already there work smarter for you, feel smother, and take fewer clicks.
